"When I started this account 3 years ago, I had no confidence in myself as a content creator. I questioned everything — but I kept going because I knew how much new parents needed real answers."

Real answers to the questions you're too tired to research. No judgment, no fluff.

A well-fed newborn will have 6–8 wet diapers per day after day 4–5, regain their birth weight by 2 weeks, and seem content between feedings. If you're breastfeeding, listen for swallowing sounds. Trust your instincts — if something feels off, call your pediatrician.
Yes — newborns can cry 2–3 hours a day, and it often peaks around 6 weeks. This is completely normal. The 'witching hour' (usually late afternoon/evening) is real. Try the 5 S's: Swaddle, Side/Stomach position, Shush, Swing, Suck. You're not doing anything wrong.
Most babies don't consistently sleep through the night until 4–6 months, and many not until later. Sleep regressions at 4 months, 8 months, and beyond are normal. Your baby isn't broken — their sleep is developmentally appropriate. You're not either.
You cannot spoil a newborn. Responding to your baby builds secure attachment, which actually leads to more independence later. Hold your baby as much as you want — that's what they need.
Postpartum anxiety is extremely common — affecting up to 20% of new mothers. Symptoms include racing thoughts, constant worry, difficulty sleeping even when baby sleeps, and feeling on edge. It's different from the 'baby blues' and deserves real support. Please talk to your doctor.
The honest answer: longer than 6 weeks. Physical healing, hormonal shifts, and emotional adjustment can take months. The '6-week clearance' is just a check-in, not a finish line. Be patient with yourself — your body just did something extraordinary.
